1. Print the Pleasure List Worksheet and make a list of the people, places, things and activities that bring you pleasure when you think about them or when you do them.
Keep your completed Self Esteem Worksheet handy. The next time you are feeling low self esteem, unhappy and are judging yourself and others harshly read your Pleasure List and focus your attention on imagining a particular item on the list or doing a specific activity on the list. The notice your attitude change.
